Because of race cancellations throughout the season, the number of races to qualify for the Maryland / DC Grand Prix has been reduced from 4 to 3.
This is intended to include more qualifiers in a climate where it’s difficult to run as many races as they’d like. If this change ends up moving a person who ran 4 races behind someone who ran 3, and the person who ran 4 is moved to where they would not get an award, we’ll give them an award anyway.
Hopefully this is an equitable way to manage this rules change mid-stream.
